Deborah Lee Schleicher, PsyD

My career as a psychologist started in Northern California, after completing my doctorate and working in community mental health for several years. In my transition to Southern California, I worked in University and medical centers specializing in trauma therapy. I am currently a Director at Counseling and Mental Health within the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine. I enjoy teaching and providing supervision, and as such I am faculty in the Department of Psychiatry and the Rossier School of Education. Prior to this, I spent 7 years working at UCLA, focusing the last few years at the medical center providing crisis response to survivors of sexual and relationship violence. I am passionate about what I do and the clients I serve and enjoy working with a broad range of concerns.

I provide individual, virtual therapy sessions focused on each client's unique needs. Whether you are new to therapy or not, I aim to meet you where you are at and often utilize a holistic model to increase awareness of the many ways our bodies are connected to our mind and emotions. My trauma informed approach to therapy aims to create a trusted and collaborative relationship with every client.

Fees
Sessions are 50 minutes long, provided via telehealth, and are $275 per session. As an out-of-network provider, I can give you a superbill each month that you may submit to your insurance for reimbursement based on your insurance policy.
